Medical Referral Services has a modern approach for providing medical and non-medical care in the home. While working under the supervision of your physician, we can educate and assist everyone involved in your own unique circumstance; whether it be medical or non-medical care. Many of these programs are funded by insurance plans, Medicare or Medicaid. This means little or no out of pocket expense to the patient.

Medical Home Health Care is a gentle approach to aid families. This is done by giving needed medical services of a mobile med unit in the home allowing the patient to heal in familiar surroundings.

hospice
The love of Hospice can be called upon when a person reaches their “end of life” stage. A team of caring physicians, nurses, nurse assistants and counselors are provided to assist the individual and their families cope with the last stage of life whether the patient resides in their own home or a care facility. These services are included at little or no cost.

Non-medical assistance is available for adult companionship 24 hours a day or for just a few hours. This service provides supervision of medications, respite care, adult day care and family counseling. Your safety and dignity are our utmost concern.
